Temporary Resident Status - different visas and gaps between them

I am currently in the process of applying for Canadian Citizenship, and I believe I have gathered all the necessary documentation. However, I am uncertain about how to answer question "During your 5-year eligibility period, did you have a valid temporary resident status before becoming a permanent resident?" in the section "Physical presence".

I have all work permits and dates listed like this:

Work PermitValid fromValid toCategory
Work permit - Working holiday visa09/14/201809/13/2019Temporary foreign worker?
Work Permit - Young Professional visa09/29/201908/15/2020Temporary foreign worker?GAP
Work Permit - Bridging open work permit (BOWP)11/22/202009/01/2021
Temporary foreign worker or temporary resident permit holder?
GAP
Permanent Residency06/04/202108/09/2026

Based on these list I am not sure about:

1. "Did you apply to extend your status" question...and next question "Date you applied to extend your status"

Maybe I applied to extend status of Young professional visa - which was followed by BOWP visa? I am not sure how all this should be entered? And because I dont have access to my online Immigration profile I am not sure when I applied to extend the status - I cant see this from emails which I received from Immigration office.
What should I track/enter this on the application?

2. Another question is how to track the gaps between different visas. Any ideas?

3. In which category do my visas fall?

I would appreciate any useful tips on this.

Happy New Year and all the best to everyone,
Rok
