Temporary Resident Permits

Hi guys , help me please . I did apply for spouse open work permit( under pilot project) and now i got refused. The reason of refused my passport is expire in August month 2015. 2nd reason you are a person in canada without temporary resident status who is not eligible for restoration under section 182 of the immigration and refugee protection Regulations. MY last work permit was expire may 2015. On the other side i did apply for permanent resident (sponor a family class member ) in April . I received my file number . So now i have no status in Canada. Can i apply for Temporary Resident Permits , if Im eligible for apply so how much chance of approval.

No - you don't qualify for a TRP. That's not why or how TRPs are issued.

Based on the information you have provided, there is nothing you can apply for from within Canada that will restore your status.

So what I can do ? I already receive uci and application number from Cic in spouse Case. So what is my status now . Tell me please

You're out of status in Canada. You can remain in Canada without status and wait for your spousal sponsorship application to be approved.

Because you are out of status, you will not benefit from the Open Work Permit pilot. This means you will have to wait until you have first stage approval before you can apply for an OWP. First stage approval is currently taking 16 months to complete from the time the sponsorship application is submitted.
