Hi,
My dad is in Canada on Temporary resident visa. He applied to extend his temporary residency and yesterday he got approved. This was an online application. When he logs online, he can see a letter that states that his application is approved and his is allowed to remain in Canada until at specific date. It also states that a secure and official letter has been sent in mail.
The status of his online application is changed to "Closed". All Done!
BUT,
One of the online letters also asks him to go through a medical exam. How can they approve an application without the medical results? or was asking for medical just a mistake?
I am just confused at the fact that medical is asked and at the same time his application is approved and closed. Could it be that the official letter that is in the mail will actually have the condition that you must pass medical? the approval letter in his online application makes no mention of approval on medical approval.
any thoughts?
