Hi,I'm a live-in caregiver.I'm going for a vacation in the Philippines this coming July 10 2011 and coming back on Aug.20 ,2011.I would like to ask your good office if this form IMM 5257 is the right form to be fill out and where will I submit this document and how long the prcessing time?

You can send your application to either Buffalo or Seattle. Processing used to be 14 days but with the recent system upgrading, processing has taken longer. Am not aware if the offices are now back on track to processing as posted on the website.
