Immigration asked me to do rehabilitation because I had traffic conviction because I was driving with unregistered vehicle and court fined me for that !! I have all proof of paying my fine and happy to fill rehabilitation form but I want to ask if I can also apply for my Temporary Residence with my rehabilitation because it's been already more then 12 months I haven't seen my wife . Is there any chance of getting my TR visa and go and live with my wife while waiting for rehabilitation outcome ? Please help
