At this time no one knows if you can apply for this as well as EE. You will need to wait for more info to become available.
At this time no one knows what the processing times will be for the new program. It's fast-track in terms of qualifying but this doesn't necessarily mean it will be fast-track in terms of processing.

Hi , my studies in Canada going to end in this month (April 2021) ,but my college said that the completion letter will be given to me at the end of May . I do have my 7 band IELTS in hand and currently working part time but still wondering if am i be eligible to apply on May 6 under this newly launched temporary policy ??
