Having exceptional academic and international experience which is exceptionally befit canadian requirement criteria for Temporary Open Resident Visa for highly post graduate skilled workers which is exempted from LMO under code c43 as well Executive Assistant holding multi-faceted skills/duties does not at all require any LMO but on the strength of professionalism and experience and self ability basis is permitted the said TRV which is just simply rejected blindly at India despite evidencing their negligence and deliberate rejection and even not refunding apx. Rs. 9000. I referred to all concernced including at Delhi consulate, the assistant who signed the letter of rejection, Canada, Canada Helpdesk, no reply from any single one. My application No.w300702220, file no. ahmd/140813/0006/01 is rejected deliberately and violated all norms of TRV declared by canada.

Finally I observed and found, that it is simply collection of fund from candidature/india and nothing else. My complaint is remained unanswered and I was having predominant faith of honesty and commitment at Canadian Immigration people but.. unfortunate..?

Unless you post the contents of your rejection letter, your post is really just a rant. You give no information on WHY they rejected your application.

Did you complete university or college studies in Canada?

C43 only applies to those who completed their studies in Canada.
