Temporary foreign worker visa

Hi all,
Could anyone please tell about Temporary foreign worker visa category also regarding LMIA? I've just approached one consultancy for an immigration in Canada. He told me like processing time will be 35-40 days to get everything done. And he mentioned I'm supposed to pay LMIA fee which I have no idea on that. I'm a MBA fresher who would love and want to work in Canada. Will employers prefer fresher or is just the consultancy guys trying to play with my money?

It will be much more difficult without work experience. You would be better off getting work experience first (and it will still be difficult even with work experience).
