No, probably only the program Managers who are not members of the union or who are designated as essential.

Thank you so much but I was expecting my dispatch on Monday so because of this problem will I be able to get within next week?? Cos I filed my visa on 12/07/13 my Frnd who filed on 10/12/13 got by last week
