Experience: 3.5 yrs exp in india,1yr in canada as a sales supervisor = 21 points
Age: 28 yrs = 10 points
English: = 10 points
Arranged empl: No =0 points
Relative: Yes) =10 points (5= aunt in Canada, 5 = worked 1 yr in Canada )

Can he apply to Sydney, Nova Scotia for initial assessment? (as per category 3)
Can he claim 22 points for B.A
