i am a citizen of India, 27 years old, single and have a Masters in Environment Engineering from a leading university of India. i also have a work experience of 13 months and am fluent in english both verbal and writing.
what are my chances of getting a job in environmental services in canada?
what are my options of various visas?
are there any websites of recruiters who hire international graduates?

hoping for an honest reply please.

There are no websites for international graduates. Recruiters who claim to be able to secure a job in exchange for money are a scam. If you want to try to find a job in Canada, you'll need to apply for jobs either with employers directly or through reputable job sites such as indeed.

Finding a job in Canada as a foreign worker is typically very difficult. In addition to offering you a job, the employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA. This is a long and expensive processes for the employer. To be approved, they must prove they advertised the job and were unable to find a Canadian to hire. If you are able to secure a job offer and approved LMIA, you can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.

Having said all of the above - some people are successful and you can certainly try.

thanks. this helped clear my doubts.
just one last question,
what would be the best way to immigrate to canada on temporary basis as well as on a permanent basis?
