I have had a relationship online with a girl from Peru for 6 months. I recently went to visit her in Peru. We decided to start a relationship. I now would like for her to come visit me in Canada for 2 weeks. We have decided to use the VAC in Lima to help with the process. I see many obstacles. I'm hoping that none of them will be deal breakers. She works, but it is not a documented job. She has 2 children that she has full custody of. She has a home and mortgage, but it is in the children's name. I am not a Citizen of Canada. I am a permanent resident. I am American. I own my home and have a business, but I do not have a lot of money in the bank. I have good cash flow though. My question is, what are the odds of getting her approved?

Low. She doesn't have real ties to her homecountry, your relationship with her is not strong enough thus her situation marks her as a potential illegal immigrant.

WHo is paying for the trip? If it is you then getting the TRV would be very very hard.

Thank you for your reply. Yes,I would pay for the trip. But her children would be staying in Peru. Therefore making her a very low risk of not returning.
