HI
I have applied for temp resident visa along with my wife and daughter to Canada for 15 days visit for pleasure only at Canadian embassy NEW Delhi in India. My whole family is living in India I have my own business property bank balance house etc in India.
I applied twice with embassy in 2007 & 2009,but both time my application is refused. now I going to apply again what are chances to get temp visit visa after two time refusal.
I have submitted all required documents. The reasons for refusal indicated below.
1) You have not satisfied me that you meet the requirements of Regulations 179; that you would not leave Canada at the end of the temp stay if you authorized to enter. In reaching this decision I CONSIDERED YOUR TIES TO YOUR COUNTRY of residence balanced against factors which might motivate you to stay in Canada.
2)You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as temp resident. In reaching this decision ,I considered several factors, including:
A your history of having contravened the conditions of entry on the previous stay in Canada
B. your travel history
C. your immigration status
D. your family ties in Canada and your country of residence
E. length of proposed stay in Canada
F. purpose of visit
G. limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
H. your current employment situation
I. your personal assets and financial status
Can I appeal their decision?
Your expert advice is highly appreciated in this regard.
Thank you very much for taking your time.
Regards,
