Temp Resident Visa application - Worker ( After extension of open work permit)

Hi Guys,

I am a bit confused with the Temp Resident Visa link I am getting to apply in CIC.

I initially got my open work permit n work visa for 1.5 yrs until passport expiry.
Now, i reapplied for open work permit and got it for rest 1.5 yrs.

I am not sure where to apply for my condition for a work visa extension in CIC as it says visitor visa as well.

If somebody can help with some links and also what do i do for application within canada it would be great.

Hi Rakshith,

Please refer to Document Checklist IMM 5721(if u apply within Canada). You can use form IMM 5257 to get extended your visitor visa ( Temporary resident visa-TRV).

Hi,

At the time of reapply for PGWP, have you attached any explanation letter along with your application? If so, then please share that template of explanation letter, it will be a great help. Also let me know, how much validity was pending when you had reapplied for PGWP?
