Hi we are just working my girlfriends IEC application. It is from Germany to Canada. Right now she has the conditional acceptance letter. We are just getting the forms in order. In a checklist it asks for her to list all of her family members. She has one sister, her mother and father. In the form it only gives spaces for the applicant, a spouse, mother and father. Where should she write the information about her sister? Also the form needs to be signed how does she do this? Can she print it, sign, then scan it? It does not really give her the option to electronically sign it.
I have a question about another part. When she had her police check done it was in German. She had it translated to English by a certified translator. The translator put their signature and stamp on the back of the paper on the blank side and not on the front with the document. Will this be fine if she uploads it this way or should the stamp etc. be on the front? Thanks.
