TEFAQ or TCF for my German Husband

Hi guys,
I am French, my husband is German and we are living since 6 years in Ireland.
We want to send your demand for a CSQ soon but I have a question:

- my husband can speak perfect English but not French (just basic): Does he have to pass a TEFAQ or TCF test, even if he is not the principal demander?

no only pincipal applicant needs to fulfill all ENGLISH/FRENCH language demands. whatever claiming ENGLISH or FRENCH or BOTH

Depends if u want some points for french for ur spouse ..

Although if ur french n if he knows basic french ..i guess that shuld be fine...
