Hello everyone,
I'm starting an new EE application and have a few questions about things that I might do wrong.
So I'm already in Vancouver BC, working as a chef for a company (1 year +) and my CRS is above 500. Got my CELPIP test done and am in the process of getting a skill assessment.
I'm planning to apply by the end of January but am already starting to seriously look into it.
However there are some questions I'm struggling with. I thought that you might help me there:
"Four digit NOC code of current work permit" : well I'm on a working holiday visa. No NOC is associated with working holiday visas as you're supposed to be able to work whatever job you want. As I can't leave it blank, I was thinking about putting in my current NOC (6321), even though it's not specified on my permit.
"Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?" I answered that my "NO, work permit is exempt from LMIA due to an international agreement" but again, it's a working holiday visa and I'm not sure if I should just answer "No".
Also, as I'm from France, I wanted to know if I should translate all the names (companies I worked for; schools etc.) in English.
Thanks for your help,
Elsa
