technical problem while giving my bank details when applying for study.

Hello all, pls i need ur help heere. Am trying t apply for my study visa online n av gotten tto the stage of paying on line n it waas der i developed. A difficulty (may be it was was due tecnical fault or mistake inpressing wrong acct no, bt i av not put in my my security code n bank name, d page just got stock n it was telling me on process application. Since yesterday morning. Pls is it possible for me to start all over again , thereby creating a new personal checklist code.n uploading all my documents all over. Since Av not submitted d application am making.
Pls i need advice urgently. Pls. Help mefor God sake.

Normally, when applying online if you close your browser by some reasons, all the uploaded docs normally are saved in your MyCIC account. Log into your account, chose continue application. There shouldn't be any problems with that.

Hello i av done dt. But it wasnt allowing me to continue. Ie d page is nt loading at all. Is it possible for me to start all over again frm determing eligibilit n getting anthhr checklist code. Pls any advice frm u n pple dt have had such problem.pls help am in a dilema

Really strange. Perhaps, the CIC system is down, or there is issue with your connection. Anyway, unless the payment is done, the application is not considered as submitted. If the issue is persisting, delete current application, go through the "determine eligibility" process again, and upload all relevant docs.
