Technical problem in MyCIC - how do I report it?

I think I've seen quite a few people who ran into various technical problems in MyCIC. I'd like to know, how can I report it to CIC? Is there a email for this?

Use internet explorer.

When u add/modify something , wait for contents to be added and fields will refresh. DONT RUSH

When you enter any section, wait for 10 sec for click marks to appear showing filled/unfilled position.

Its a glitchy system agreed but using these tips u will get around.

The problem is with validation of one of the mandatory fields, so unfortunately, nothing helps - somebody from their server team must fix the code.

I would still be interested to know if there is a place where we could message CIC ourselves. Like an email or something. Seems helpful
