technical issues while payment application fees on last day to submit applicatio

Hi,

I just had the following issue:

- I completed my application and was ready to submit. I clicked on "transmit and pay" then webpage goes blank but nothing happens. After a while, i click on back to return to the previous webpage, but it logs again on my MyCiC account.

On my application status, it says "processing submission". I never completed the submission, and neither paid the application fees (I never entered my cc info). It does not allow me to do anything, there's nothing i can click.

I am hoping it will realise the payment did not go through and let me complete the application again.

Did anyone had any similar issues ? did anyone had the payment not completed/refused when submitting ? if so, could you try again soon ?

to make things worse, I only have one day left to submit... (I know, never leave to the last minute but I had my reasons...)

I will keep trying every hour or so, but if anyone can offer any help, please let me know.

check again in a few hours time, you should be able to pay then. It has happened to a few people including myself. Take a screenshot of the page if you do not get it submitted in time due to this fault/glitch. It will prove you tried to pay before your time was up. Good luck.
