TECHNICAL ISSUES: I cannot re-apply for IEC Visa

Hi there,

I have encountered a massive problem. I missed my invitation to apply for the IEC Visa (it was in my spam folder). Now, I wanted to re-apply for the IEC Visa by submitting a new profile in my CIC account. The system however says: "You are not eligible to reapply a profile to the IEC pool because you already have a profile in the pool."
But in the letter I received from them, confirming I missed the deadline to submit my application, they say that "I am no longer in the pool: "As a result, your profile has been removed from the International Experience Canada (...)." And if I go on to my Dashboard in my account > Submitted Applications > IEC > Check Status and Messages under "Am I a Candidate" it also says "You are no longer in the pool".

Please, does anybody have the same problem? Did it get resolved? I wrote the technical support a message via the web form. Did anybody make experience with the web form? How long does it take for them to reply and solve the issue?

Any help is much appreciated (I am actually close to crying right now...I do have a job offer, I am eligible for the IEC Visa and I want to stay here...this is so ridiculous...please any help...! Thanks!)
