Technical issue with my profile

Hello All,

I got my 2nd ITA on 10th July. I had to decline my previous ITA as my work history was clashing with my travel history. Any which ways that is not the issue I am facing now. After declining my ITA I updated my profile and entered the right joining date. I saved the changes and signed the electronic declaration again and my EE Profile was again active. However, When I received my 2nd ITA and I started filling my APR, it is not showing the changes done in work history section. But my EE Profile is showing the updated information. So, my APR shows my original dates of work and my EE Profile is showing updated dates of work. I am confused... Please help...

This also happened to me. The work history did not transfer in correctly so I just started all over again. It's not an issue :)

Dear Nagrish,

Can you please explain your experience and the problem you faced. Did you also decline the ITA? Does your EE Profile and APR shows same details or different? I only declined my first ITA to make these changes and I don't want to take any risk again.

Yes I declined the first ITA because I entered some info incorrectly. Silly typo. My EE profile changed for work history only. When I started to fill out my information again in the new work history section I noticed that the information that was transferred in was the old information. It was incorrectly filled out according to dates aswell. I just deleted it and started again.

Okey that helps... Did you provide any LOE explaining the system error as well??
