Hello dear members,
Getting bits together to apply. I already created document checklist and its telling me what to upload.
However, its not mentioning details like file format and size etc. Can someone kindly help me with details.
2nd question is, while answering personal details, it asks about marital status, so I wrote divorced as I already obtained the divorce certificate end of may, after that it asks have you been married before, I originally answered no, thinking they are asking if I was married more than once, then noticed while reviewing my answers that its a general question not specific to number of marriages, so i changed it to yes and then it asked about name of previous spouse, date of marriage and date of divorce etc. Hoping i did the right thing?

Thanks DelPiero. What about sections where it says multiple, do I have to put them all together in 1 file and upload it? Does it accept compressed files like zip.
Also noticed when lookin at examples online before that there was a place to upload optional explanatory letter. Its not there when i created my check list. So I was thinking of adding it in passport section.

You would have to merge all the files, and no, you cannot upload zip files - there are online tools that compress pdf files if needed.

Log out and back in, you should be able to see the placeholder for letter of explanation, if not then try a different browser.

Just an update in case anyone was wondering, yes you were right DelPiero, I logged out and logged back in and it showed up.
