hey guys im jus sharing my exp. submitted my app but received a request for additional documents after uploading and trying to sign electronically i kept getting system error messages over six days. i went online and completed a web form and attached my error messages via a screen shot and submitted i got it fixed the same day and was able to submit ........almost on the deadline lol... u could explore this if u experience tech difficulties.
