Technical Difficulties (pls help)

Hi Guys:

I am from Bangladesh and I am applying for FSWP (Express Entry). The thing is i have completed my profile but could not submit it due to the technical difficulties. Its been already 4 days with the same message "Our online services are currently down" .....

I have tried more than 15 times in the past 4 days, still no luck... As the last week is here, I surely want to participate in the 1st draw if only i could submit my profile.

So guys could you help me with this? Anyone having the same problem? I usually use google chrome but i also tried using "Safari" but the same message appears.

Looking forward for a fix... thanks in advance guys.

Hope this works but not sure...try at 9:00- 16:00 EST ie canadian time...

Hi Khaled,

Have you tried it on IE?
Clear your browser cache and try it out. Also, make sure you aren't trying to submit from your office network.
Try submitting your profile from a different computer and network. The firewall might be causing an issue.

Try the following also. Found it on another topic, apparently worked for someone who was getting the same issue.


1) if you don't have last name in your passport then write "given name - Not applicable" and "last name - your given name as per passport".
2) Register yourself as a fresh applicant and complete the whole process ... you will get success.

Finally it worked...

I was using my MAC so only safari and chrome, but finally i downloaded Firefox and at first attempt "VOLLLLAA"... Just submitted the profile..

Try the following also. Found it on another topic, apparently worked for someone who was getting the same issue.

2) Register yourself as a fresh applicant and complete the whole process ... you will get success.
