Techinal issue with Submitted Application post AOR

Hi Folks

I am writing this to seek guidance/ assistance from all senior members of this forum. I am a FSW candidate submitted my application with AOR on 2nd jan 2017.

I am able to login in to MY CIC account and there are no issues with the login.

ISSUE

I firstly started facing issues with my ITA (2nd nov), it showed only for few hours a day and then would make a disappearing act for a majority of the day. It wouldn't show up for hours and at later stages even 2-3 days in a row. Somehow managed to submit my application.

Once submitted on 2nd jan, i was able to view my application at least once a day ( out of 5-10 attempts at different hours during the day)

Around 7th of January I started having the same issue and couldn't view my submitted application for 2 days in a row. ( just to clarify the table where we see submitted application says " NO DATA AVAILABLE IN THE TABLE ").anyone looking at that screen would just think that there is no record of submitted application. So using My CIC profile I reported a technical issue on 9th of jan. However I didn't receive an reply from anyone neither on my cic account nor on personal email ID.

To my surprise I was then able to view my submitted application directly on 17th jan where in I had multiple updates on my application. Medicals showed passed, no additional docs are required, BG showed Not needed etc. I was glad because then it seemed that the issues were resolved. It worked fine for 15-20 days from 17th jan but since approx 10th feb I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW MY APPLICATION AT ALL. I waited for a few days I was accustomed with the ritual and hoped it would show up eventually. As timed passed it got even more frustrating not being able to view the profile. on an average I must have tried login in atleast 50 times a week. I tried various browsers like chrome, firefox, opera etc, tried after clearing cache but nothing works. I reported another technical issue on 23rd feb using my cic account along with the screenshots but again no reply. I also tried calling the CIC call center (27 th feb ) but the agent said they cannot help with technical issues. However the agent was kind enough to answer that my file was transferred at NDVO and on request also gave me the exact of file transfer ( 1st of feb ). I have recently raised a CSE / Web form under technical issue on 27th feb along with the screenshots and now awaiting their reply.

As of today its been 21 days I haven't seen my application and now i am wondering what else could possibly be done ? I have almost ran out of options. Is there anything I am missing out on ? Any actions I need to take ? Anyone else in the same situation as me ?


Any Suggestions would be highly appreciated.

SURELY ITS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM AND OLY CIC'S IT TEAM CAN HELP YOU.

SHOOT THEM AN EMAIL WITH YOUR CONCERN AND WAIT FOR THEIR RESPONSE.
