Hi there,
I have been working in cellphone company as team leader since 2.5 years, I am handling team of 24 sales executives.
I want to apply, if I can apply for PR under federal skilled worker category.

6211 is NOC B, for which you can claim experience.
Based on just this, you would be eligible to apply for an economic stream such as Federal Skilled Workers Program under Express Entry- of course, you still need to have your credentials assessed, take the IELTS, and make an Express Entry profile (to name just a few things!) before you are anywhere close to applying, but you at least have sufficient experience in a recognized NOC, which is a good start.
