My wife is a Teacher who holds a b.ed Degree from a University in jammu ( india ).

If she wants to apply for a Teaching post in a Canadian school, what additinal qualifications / requiremetns she needs to fulfil.

Could someone lead me to some govt. agency at least to get this info.?

Teaching is regulated by provinces, so you would need to look up each one individually.

As an example, here are the requirements for BC (I googled "teaching in BC):
