I am trying to gather my experience certificate from TCS. I have received an email from them stating that it can only be provided in a specified format of TCS and will not mention items like Salary and number of hours. While they have asked me to write them two skill sets and 5 jobs duties.
For Skill set what should I choose?
For Job duties I have the below format drafted but I am not sure shall I go ahead with this or change it a little ?
TCS Draft Jobs & Responsibilities: ( NOC 2173 – software engineers and designers or 2174 -Computer programmers and interactive media developers)
The duties and responsibilities of Rahul Raj as Systems Engineer were as follows:
Kindly suggest what should I choose for the NOC code and also suggest if the job duties mentioned are fine or needs more details. Along with kindly suggest about the number of hours thing in the TCS reference letter and what Skill set I should mention?

- Develop Java applications and responsible for design, develop and deliver high-volume, low latency applications
- Work with various cross – functional and cross – geographical teams in agile software development environment and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Document software solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Ensure designs are incompliance with specifications
- Build test cases to test and troubleshoot java applications while prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Liaise with customer; conduct daily meetings, gather requirements, identify gaps, suggest solutions and take customer feedback
