I left TCS in 2021, I started as ASE trainee to System Engineer. Currently I am working with another organisation. However In my EE profile I have added TCS as it covers my 10yrs of experience.
I managed to get my reference letter. But, the letter says at the end as responsibilities are declared by employee and approved by last supervisor. Now, my lawyer saying it’s problematic statement and saying get notarised statement of roles.
what should I do ?
