no concern

Do you have all the treatment records?

Give it to the DMP if you have.

If your X-ray shows any indication past disease, if you do not have treatment records, you may be asked for additional tests.

If any symtoms of current disease, additional tests are required.

Again this is not a concern, some times due to additional test some delay wil be there

a little off topic but would like to know how many days does CIC give in which to undergo medical exam? 1 week? 1 month?

I think TB history (even with no currently active TB) will mean that penal physician would ask you to undergo sputum test on three consecutive mornings. Then come for chest X-ray again after at least 3 months. Expect a 4-6 months delay in processing of your visa (compared to others who applied at the same date as you). All your dependent applicants will also be required to go for sputum tests. Sputum tests are charged separately.

You should take all your medical test reports, medication etc with you when you go for medical.
