Hello,
Last year I lived in Calgary for 8 months and then decided to come back to Spain. Now, I want to file my tax return because I should get a refund. Now, my problem is that the usual softwares such as StudioTax, TurboTax and more are usually only for Residents, they are not ready for Non-Residents.

For example, I did a withdrew and close my RRSP and I got a NR4 Tax Slip with this information. I can´t find a software where I can put this information because they are not ready for non-residents.

I was wondering if anyone know a software that can help me out with this or even recommend me an accountant who is used to file non-resident tax returns.

Thanks,

Did you stay for 8 months in Calgary between 1st Jan 2016 and 31st Dec 2016 ? If Yes , then won't you be Canadian Resident for tax purposes?

yes. I worked and lived 8 months in Canada.
My biggest question is what to do with the NR4 Slip I got from my withdraw in my RRSP.

Line 130 - other income

the income tax deducted on that, add it to line 437 - Total income tax deducted

or call CRA to be sure

I am about to work on my taxes this weekend and this information helps. :)

Did you get T4A - Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income from your RRSP account holder? I logged onto sunfinancial.ca website and downloaded it. I am uploading information from the document into Turbotax.
