Hello,
I have lived in US before and currently in process of initiating my Canadian citizenship application. I have no address in US but have a bank account with money in it.
Recently got to know that a US state tax lien judgement was passed, and I only came to know about it when the amount was deducted from my bank account. They might have sent letters to my previous addresses, but since i have no contact, it went unanswered.
While I am in process of getting more details on this, I wanted to know does this affects anyways my citizenship application? I am fine with amount deducted, but do I need to proactively declare it anywhere?
Thanks in advance.
