Hi ,
I have 3 year experience as clinical instructor and I want to claim points for that , I have bank statements from college, experience letter, contract letter , joining report. But as IRCC asked T4 slips for all experiences for that we are claiming points . As my salary was not not taxable in india because it was around 8900 rupees / month. So I never filed tax for that . To prove this what I need to get from employer . > A letter stating that this employee worked for this organization under salary range that was not taxable . or I need to get additional documents ?

You don’t need tax statements they are not mandatory by IRCC. You need to ensure that you have a proper reference letter containing from and to dates, duties, whether the job was full time or part time, no of hours worked, contact details of the person issuing the letter (should be on a letter head) and you should be fine
