Tax for third year for Citizenship Application

Hello All,

I completed three years of residency requirements on Feb 12, 2022. I never left Canada since I landed in Canada in Feb 2019.

I have filed taxed for:

year 2019 in 2020
year 2020 in 2021
will be filing for 2021 on Feb 21, 2022 when NETFILE opens.

Can I apply for my citizenship application before I file tax for 2022 since I have met the residency requirement? Or do I wait for NOA from CRA for 2021 and then submit my application?

You can apply. Tick required to file for the relevant years and filed only for the ones you have. You don't have to wait, if your physical presence is completed.
