I have a question with regards to soft landing and filing taxes.
I have soft landed in October 2019 and I have opened a bank account and issued a credit card but didnt put any money in the account and I didnt use the credit card at all.
I came back in November 2019.
My questions are
1) do I need to declare any earning for that year
2) and was I supposed to file taxes for that year.
3) If so, can I do it now??
Please I need to know so that I wont be in violation of any rules
