I'm increasingly looking at threads online where people are getting PR refusals because they're unable to provide their tax returns for foreign work experience, mainly because their salary was below the tax slab. Despite them supplying an experience letter, pay stubs, and other relevant information, they're getting refusals. I am in the same boat where i don't have tax return for foreign experience, but i can ask for an experience letter and pay stubs. I am feeling anxious as this feels too serious an application to gamble with. Any advice or similar cases would be helpful!
