Taking a self-study test on a tourist visa in BC

Hi all,

I am in BC on a standard tourist visa. I am planning on taking the self-study NCA exams in October. NCA exams are for foreign trained lawyers who need to demonstrate their knowledge in Canadian laws. I will not be taking any courses, just strictly self-study. Will my tourist visa allows me to take the tests? I have been reading through the CIC website for the longest time and still cannot find an answer.

Yes, as long as you have been authorized to stay in Canada up to October.
