I received a T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid (slip) for my income tax return, what am I supposed to do with it? do I need to fill it out? or get it to some agency?
You use the T4 information to complete your income tax return. No - you do not fill it out. The only agency you may submit the T4 to is CRA (if you submit a paper application).
