T4 Documents

Hi guys,

Anyone has any idea about PNP documents. I get invitation for PNP, Ontario but I do not have T4 right now. My company will provide me T4 in first week of March. But I have deadline to submit documents at 24th Feb.

Is there any problem if I submit my file without T4??

I have attached pay stubs.

Call CRA and see if they can provide the information. Other than that you can provide other info like payslips and an employment letter to indicate your income and take home pay. You must also include an explanation that the 2023 T4 would not be ready before the Feb 24th deadline. If you have 2022 T4 with the same employer, you can submit that too. Since you gave them a good faith submission of what you had, they may send another request for the T4 in March. It would be up to them if they want to do that. Nothing more you can do because the employer prepares the T4.
