These weeks have been really slow, at least by the the user's feedback in this forum. In my opinion there are at least 3 options:
1- CIC is having issues with their MYCIC and ECAS systems and we are not able to get the updates in real time.
2- CIC is focused working with refugees.
3- They are slowing down because of Christmas & The New Year (I don't believe it's true but it can be)
I am out of Canada and do not have any contact number. Can anybody call CIC and ask why everything is going to a hibernation state ?
If we clarify this, at least we would not have people in the forum whining about the ECAS access. It clearly is a general problem and people should not get it personal.
