So I got a system generated email from cic.gc.ca alerting me of a new message and when I went there, I saw the attached message.
I've a few questions,
1. Does this mean that I can apply for OINP if I choose to do so? Or is there a separate "PNP" that I need to look for on Ontario's website?
2. What would the deadline for this be, for me?

4. Does the application have to be an online (eFiled)? Or do I have to collect documents and courier them all? (i.e. is it optional to do it offline?)
