I recently got my ITA and started the application. But when I wanted to continue, the application page stopped working and this error (see attached picture) will always show up. I have cleared my browser cache and cookies, cleared the history, used the incognito mode, and used several different browsers (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Brave, Firefox, Opera, Samsung Internet) and devices (laptop, desktop, Windows, Android, iOS), and from different locations (North America and Canada), but the same error message shows up. Does anyone else have this same problem?

I experienced the same problem, last 4 days, after I tried explorer, chrome, the world in win10, and Safari, all failed. I tried win11 with Edge 11, then upload the additional document successfully. Don't know if the problem was fixed by CIC or win10. Hope my experience coud help you.

Hey guys, Are you still facing the same issue?
Could anyone please help me to resolve the above issue?
I just had to cancel the application and went back into the pool. When I was drawn at the next draw, it didn't happen again.

I accepted the invite and started to fill in my information under the "CONTINUE APPLICATION" in my GC key account.

It was all good until March 29. After that, I tried clicking CONTINUE APPLICATION to further enter information and submit my profile. It throws me an error code. This is stopping me to further continue my Permanent resident application.

I tried all troubleshooting techniques such as clearing all my cookies and cache. I also tried using different browsers to log in and continue my application.

The browser I am using - google chrome and safari

Hi,

Yesterday we had the same problem with my wife; it was disappointing.

The only way to fix this issue is to create another new GCKey account with a different user but the same email as the old one. Once inside the new account, you have to find one link that allows you to link applications from another account; having the information of the previous application, you should be able to import it to your new account.

It sounds nonsecure; however, to link previous applications, the system asked you to confirm much information about that prior application. If it's your application, you will be the only one with all that info; worst case scenario, you would have to go through your email or personal files.

For our case, we wanted to recover even previous approved applications; the most complex info to find was two specific numbers related in our permit documents.

I have decided to take some time and suggest our solution as we felt so bad yesterday after that error appeared. We don't want more people in that position.

Hello Everyone,

I am having the same problem with my IRCC account, as soon as I try to login to my account the website is giving me the error:null with various codes.
Did any one find the solution to that? Do we have any other option to submit our file. Either by creating the new account and by linking it to the old one with UCI number or due to the technical error do they give us some kind of extension on the application ?

My ITA date is 15th March under PNP, and last date to submit the documents is 15th May.
