Summary of my situation:
I am Syrian citizen who still living in USA under deportation state since 08/22/2014 but Decision never implemented For the impossibility of implementing the deportation decision to Syria, so I got released in USA under state called ( release under supervision ) C(18).
NOTE : there is no crime committed ever either inside or outside USA.( Clean record )
The order it is result from asylum denied.
The question is : Am I eligible to request asylum at port of enter to Canada ?

If you have family members living in Canada - then yes.

Very unusual for a Syrian refugee to have not been granted asylum especially under Obama. Were you living in Syria before you entered the
US?

I used to live in Damascus ( the capital ).

No ..i entered USA on 03/02/2014

I am very surprised that you did not get asylum under the Obama administration. Was there a specific reason if you don't mind sharing? Obviously the same reason may be applicable in Canada.
