I want peple from Syria or elsewhere to confirm this if you would
I hear that before leaving o canada you are enrolled in preperatory course to help with your integration in canada

is this true for your part of the world?
is it true for Saudi Arabia?
is this fair to people from other countries?

Ok, I looked around and it seems it is organized by Quebec ministry of immigration , they have direct presence in Damascus.

Good advantage for people from Syria and places with Quebec immigration offices,
The lady in the interview was talking highly of which, describing it as honest direct and with no hype
