I applied for SWOP on 14/08/2019 from inside Canada with upfront medical but on 27/08/2019, I got a SWOP valid for only 3 months and I was still asked to submit my medical within 30 days on the SWOP. My spouse SP is valid until 09/2020. I am really confused, A medical form was sent to me. Does it mean that the panel physician did submit the upfront medical.

1. You should have a receipt for the medical, send it to IRCC and confirm with the panel physician that it was sent.
