I have a friend who just came to Canada to study at northbay Ontario. it is like 4 hours away from Toronto now he wants to switch to any college near Mississauga or Niagara college but the same classes don't start till fall 2016 and his classes start at north bay in june. we been sort of getting mixed advice between some saying he can't do that with new rules some saying he can do that but it might effect him in future. Can someone please help and suggest what he should do?
