SV became complicated file due to IRCC

background : Master in mechanical
filed for student visa 1st time refusal due to common reasons..
2nd time filed for student visa : may 17 - 22 ( sep-22 intake)
rejection on 28- aug-22 due to medical document they dont get which i never got any mail or message from IRCC in GC account also...( entirely their mistake)
so i got my fees back and plaining to change the College and course ...and filed again with new sop and all....(Jan-23 or may-23 intake as per clg for one year course which is graduate certificate )
TWIST : got other letter on 29- sep-22 said they made a mistake and refused the application, now they are considering the application again. obviously.. and i got now 1-nov-22 medical request due to 1 year validity...

WHAT CAN BE DONE?

Done about what? You have a Masters so you need to build on your education (college certificate doesn’t build on educaiton) and show that you will make xx more money than you do now to justify the costs. You have a Masters so how can a certificate program give you higher pay and promotions.

Thats correct that i have to justify it. But for better opportunity i want to move.
Right now i dont have secure seat at college.

Option 1: upload the medical and wait for dicision and go for clg which is not relevant to my field- may be march/sep-22 intake they will have.

Option 2 - pay fee for may-22 intake for different college. More relevant course with offer letter. i upload medical and justify the cost and purpose.

So you need to show the better opportunities in your home country (better pay, promotion) after completing the program.

I don’t know what your new program is so can’t commment. But it has to show relevancy to your field unless doing another Masters like MBA. A one year course is a waste of money unless you can show that you will make considerably more in your home country.
