Is it true that after the April 29th changes announcement- the WP are mostly all been refused under SUV. We just got a rejection for someone basis a very stupid reason that the purpose is inconsistent with temp stay and hence WP is being refused. Nothing on the business case or anything- just that the person won’t come back. How can one overcome a reason like this as an essential WP candidate? Anyone who was able to overturn this rejection by reapplying successfully? How’d your prove it?
