Hi,
I entered the 2017 and 2018 draws for Parent Sponsorship Lotto but wasn't lucky enough to win any. My parents have Super Visas but they would like to move to Canada permanently.
I'm just curious that how many people who hold a valid Super Visa that still won the lottery? I'm asking this because if you didn't get selected, they will tell you to apply for a Super Visa.
I know the draw is suppose to be random, but I'm start thinking if holding a valid Super Visa is a way to "screen" people.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
